I would like to have the ability to add a note to a position within departments. Ultimately, this note could be used for specific information to that position, including times, responsibilities, etc. For more detailed people, a complete job description could be placed here.
Profile Screen: the position note should open when the department position is clicked.
Roster Request Screens: the position note should have a link here as well.
Scheduling emails: there could be a link to the note to refresh people on the included details.
A more elaborate feature on these links could be a "New" icon next to the link in the email, if the note has been updated recently.
